Oh October Afternoon, I love you. And I really love Treasure Map. Today is a new issue at Paper Issues, Seas the Day sponsored by October Afternoon. We got to work with the Treasure Map collection kit and I had so much fun creating with this line.
All the blues in this line are so lovely. As soon as I saw the ombre labels, I knew I wanted to run them down the page with a few photos. I decided to just keep the blue theme going after that. :)
I am really crushing on hand cut titles these days. This layout was also the perfect excuse to use my favourite Sprinklers, two blue from Woodland Park and Tinsel from Holiday Style - my most favourite holiday line ever.
I love stitching on layouts, however my sewing machine broke a few months ago. My mom fortunately, found me a cute white and pink Janome sewing machine at a garage sale for $20. The stitching through the labels really completed the layout.
Tidbits are one of my favourite products from October Afternoon. I layered a few of the tabs and tucked them under my photo.
You have until July 5th to link up as many projects as you want for the chance to win a Treasure Map collection kit.
